No Credit Card Information is Stored On Our Servers
Any payment methods that require you to provide credit card information are processed by outside companies (Authorize.net, PayPal, Google Payments, etc) and thus none of your credit card information is ever stored on our server or on any server that can be accessed directly via the internet. If you combine this with the 128-bit SSL encryption techniques we employ the likelihood that your information will ever be compromised is minimized.
Use of Cookies
To serve you faster and with better quality, we use "cookie" technology. Alternate Ways of Making Purchases
If you are still do not feel secure in making purchases via any of our online sites you can always email us at support@cahoonscloset.com. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION. Simply send a list of what you would like to purchases along with a phone number you can be reached. Explain that you would like to have one of our friendly customer service representatives call you. They can estimate the cost and contact you with that information. At such time we can take your payment information over the phone, send you a Paypal Invoice, provide you a fax number to submit the information to or provide you with an address where payment can be sent.
Fair Credit Billing Act
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges made on your account. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire unreimbursed liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server.
